The hotel was situated in the heart of the city, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was quite impressive, with many options to choose from. The rooms were decently sized and clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
The noise from the street below kept us up at night, as the windows were not soundproof. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Free unlimited wifi - a must for any hotel.
Electrical appliances (TV etc) need updating as they are of poor quality. No air conditioning which in summer heat I can imagine makes the room too hot.

The hotel was in a prime location, surrounded by plenty of shops and cafes. the rooms were kept clean and spacious with all necessary amenities provided. the breakfast was great with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
On the flip side, the noise level outside was quite high which caused disturbance during the night. the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep at times.

Goog location, good breakfast
Room was very cold and dark, TV programs didnt work, last visitors smoked in the room - smell was disgusting. Reseptionists were unfriendly to persons, who dont speak catalanish. It was first time in my life to visit hotel so unfriendly to tourists who speaks english, not local language. Never-ever visit Andorra again.

Nice location (especially for the shoppers - there are a lot of shops around the hotel), though, of course, not 50 meters to the bus station - at least 500.
We asked for the non-smoking room, but it was for sure smoking room - there was a terrible smell inside (room 411). The other thing which unpleasantly surprised us - the window of our bathroom faced the balcony of next room (so if one stays at the next balcony he can see all inside our bathroom, because the window is rather transparent). And finally the most unpleasant thing: we booked the room for 48 euros but they charged 60 euros.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The rest of the staff was rather surly. The price of parking was rather high. The breakfast was very good but dinner was rather awful but inexpensive.
